In the sacred space of the Himalayas, I studied with Anand Mehrotra at Sattva Academy. Yoga and Kriya became more than just physical practices—they became the pathway to inner peace. Through breath, movement, and stillness, I’ve learned to align with the divine flow of life, tapping into the rhythm of the universe. During my yoga practice, I also explored the power of voice mantras, using sound to deepen my connection with the breath and awaken the soul.
My journey into Hypopressives began with the teachings of Piti Pinsarch in Madrid. This breath-centered practice, which also incorporates mindfulness, has helped me connect more deeply to my core, my pelvic floor, and the alignment of my body. Through mindful breathing and postural adjustments, I’ve learned to release tension, improve posture, and embrace a sense of balance within. Hypopressives invites us to reconnect to the body’s natural intelligence, empowering us to move with ease, strength, and presence.
Through my studies in London with Anthony Kingsley, I learned that true movement and ease come not from force, but from awareness and the art of “engaging without doing.” This practice taught me to release tension in my body, allowing it to move naturally and in harmony with the rhythms of life. The Alexander Technique guides us to listen deeply to our bodies, to engage with intention, and to move with grace and ease.
